Service Terms & Conditions

1. Pick up from our office and free transportation if the operator option is added on.
2. Cameras, iPads, operators, and tripods are not included with the rental.
3. Full payment is required upon confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   • The customer may cancel the rental order at any time before the rental period begins.
   • However, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental fee will be assessed if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the rental period begins.
5. Any damage to the item will incur extra costs.
