A +20% surcharge applies for jobs scheduled on weekends or public holidays.
Day-before rehearsals carry an additional +50% charge of the selected package.
A teleprompter supports delivery; it does not replace a rehearsed script. Match the equipment and operator brief to the speaker, camera position and venue.
Send the final approved speaking script, pronunciation notes and a clear review contact. Mark pauses or cues that matter to the delivery. Keep late changes with one nominated approver so the operator and speaker work from the same version.
Allow the speaker to test reading pace, eye line, text size and cues with the planned setup. Agree rehearsal access with the venue and production team. The required time depends on the speaker and programme; no fixed rehearsal duration suits every session.
Share the venue, loading access, speaker positions, camera layout and call times. Scope travel and any accommodation separately. For official or controlled-access venues, confirm the entry and technical requirements with the organiser.
