- Payment terms
- 70% payment for booking fee (12 hours before start of the event)
- 30% remaining payment before start of event
Notes:
- Weekend / Public Holiday Work: A 20% surcharge will apply for any jobs scheduled on weekends or public holidays.
- Transportation Costs: For locations outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, additional transportation costs will be incurred, calculated based on mileage.
- Accommodation: If required, accommodation costs for jobs outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor will be added to the overall charges.
- TelePrompter.my reserves the right to withhold all product and services if payment is not received in full.
- For rehearsals scheduled for the day before the event, an additional 50% charge of the selected package will apply.
- Kindly note that there will be no refunds issued for any cancellations.
- Any damages to the items will result in additional costs, which will be borne by the client.
- Please note that all teleprompters are subject to availability. To secure one, we strongly recommend booking in advance.
